Traditional Worship in both liturgy and music. Suitable for all ages. The Service is divided into these parts: Public confession and forgiveness, Reading the Bible, Sermon, Prayer, Hymns, and Holy Communion.
Jesus
We believe Jesus is God. The Scriptures teach that Jesus is both fully God, begotten of the Father He is the Son in the Holy Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He died on the cross, rose from the dead for us, to show His victory over death and to give us assurance and hope for eternal life with Him. We believe, according to the Scriptures, that Jesus is the only way of salvation, that He will come again to judge the living and the dead, and that of His Kingdom there will be no end.
The Church
We believe and confess “the holy Christian Church,” which is made up of everyone who hears the Gospel of Jesus and is called by the Spirit to believe in and confess Him as Lord. The Spirit creates true faith through the Word and the Sacraments. Our Sacraments are: Baptism and Holy Supper.
Bible
We emphasize that the Bible is The authority for understanding Jesus and gaining salvation. We believe the entire Bible is inspired by God. We urge Christians, to trust in the Bible's certainty for spiritual renewal.
Lutherans and Martin Luther
First, it should be noted that Lutherans do not worship Luther. We worship none other than the Lord Jesus Christ through whom we have access to the Father by the Spirit. Christ alone saves us and is worthy of our adoration and praise.
